1. Output DC high voltage: 0~-Maximum voltage is continuously adjustable

3. High voltage control: the user set DC 0~10V voltage signal =0~maximum voltage
4. High-voltage display: The power supply has a high-voltage actual value measurement channel and outputs a 0~10V signal. This signal corresponds to 0~maximum voltage and is input to the user as a high-voltage feedback signal.

Grid bias power output

2. Grid bias control adjustment: 2 control methods (open-loop control and closed-loop control, set the switch on the high-voltage power supply body or remote control interface)
a) In open loop control: user output DC 0~10V voltage signal corresponding to grid bias DC 0~-2000V
b) In closed-loop control: automatically adjust the grid bias voltage to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the beam current, and the user output signal voltage is DC 0~3V, corresponding to the beam current 0-66mA
3. Beam current display: the power supply has a beam current actual value measurement channel, and the output DC 0~10V signal corresponds to 0~51mA. This signal is output to the user as the beam current actual value detection signal
4. Beam accuracy: In closed-loop control mode, the deviation between the given beam and the output beam is ≤0.2%
5. Ripple coefficient ≤0.1%
6. Dynamic response time: ≤10us
7. Temperature coefficient: 25ppm/℃
8. Stability: After preheating for 1 hour, less than 0.01% per hour, less than 0.05% every 8 hours.
Filament power supply
