INTRODUCTION
Wisman's XRD series x-ray generator are designed for all kinds of x-ray tubes from different manufacturers. It is the best choice of OEM applications, with output voltage ranges from 20kV to 160kV, output power 300W, 600W and1200 watts option.
Wisman's XRD series x-ray generator adopts wide voltage input, small package size, standard analog which makes it easier to integrate the XRD series into your x-ray analysis system. XRD series can choose floating filament(negative HV polarity) or groung referenced filament(positive HV polarity). DSP based sioncontrol circuitry provides excellent regulation of emission current, along with standing stability performance. With the RS232,RS485 and ET interface option.

600-1200W: AC input voltage 180V-264V, 47HZ-63HZ.
The output voltage:20KV, 30KV, 40KV, 50KV, 60KV, 70KV, 75KV, 100KV, 160KV and other voltage output options.
Output polarity:
Negative high voltage: used for suspended filament X-ray tube.
Positive high voltage: grounded filament X-ray tube.
Power:
Output power ranges: 300W, 600W and 1200W. Other power requirements can be customized.
Voltage control:
local: The multi-turn potentiometer can set the output voltage between 0V and the highest voltage.
remote: external 0 to 10V control signal can adjust the output from 0V to the highest output voltage.
Emission current control:
Local: The multi-turn potentiometer can set the electron beam current between 0A and the highest current.
Remote: The external 0 to 10V control signal can set the electron beam current from 0A to the highest current.
Voltage regulation:
Relative load: ≤0.01% (no load to rated load)
Relative input: ≤0.01% (output voltage)
Current regulation:
Relative load: 0.01% (no load to rated load)
Relative input: ±0.01% (input voltage change 30%-100%).

Filament configuration:
The filament output is controlled through a closed loop to provide the required current for the X-ray tube.
Suitable for 2 types of X-ray tubes:
Suspended filament X-ray tube, grounded filament X-ray tube.
Filament output:
The output current is adjustable from 0-5A, and the output voltage is adjustable from 0-10V. To protect the X-ray tube, the high-voltage output value is lower than 30% of the maximum high-voltage output value. The filament current circuit is prohibited from working. Other filament output requirements can be customized.
Voltage and current indication:
0 to 10V, accuracy is 1% under rated output conditions.

The man-machine interface has the power curve of the tube, allowing you to actively manage the life of the tube. The intelligent, fully customizable discharge processing system can react to the frequency of discharge-protect the generator, and maximize the life and normal operating time of the tube. In addition, precise filament control can prevent filament current overload.
