Product introduction
INTRODUCTION
Wisman's XRB series of bipolar x-ray generator modules are designed for x-ray tubes manufacturers with the max output power 300W, max output voltage 140kV(±70kV). XRB's universal input, small package size and three standard digital interface options enable XRB x-ray generator to be easily integrated into x-ray analysis systems. The digital signal processor is based on the emission control circuit to provide good emission current calibration and significant stability. Wisman's XRB series x-ray generator can be controlled locally and remotely, with USB2.0, RS232 and RS485 option and overvoltage,overcurrent,arc and safety interlock function.

SPECIFICATIONS
Input: AC, DC, maximum current 3.25A.
Output: 20KV, 30KV, 40KV, 50KV, 65KV, 80KV, 90KV, 100KV, 120KV, 140KV, and other maximum voltage output options, 0V to the highest voltage adjustable.
Voltage control:
Local: the multi-turn potentiometer can set the output voltage between 0V and the highest voltage.
Remote: external 0 to 10V control signal can adjust the output from 0V to the highest output voltage.
Local: The multi-turn potentiometer that comes with the power supply can set the electron beam current from 0A to the highest current.
Remote : The external 0 to 10V control signal can set the electron beam current from 0A to the highest current.
DC filament power supply: the output current is 5A adjustable, and the voltage is 115.5V.
Voltage regulation:
Relative load: 0.01% (no load to rated load)
Relative input: ±0.01% (input voltage change is ±10%)
Current regulation:
Relative load: 0.01% (no load to rated load)
Relative input: ±0.01% (input voltage change ±10%).
Ripple voltage: the peak-to-peak ripple voltage under the premise of outputting the rated voltage
The value is 0.25% of the highest output voltage.
Ambient temperature: 0 to +50°C.
Temperature coefficient: 0.01% per degree Celsius.
Stability: less than 0.02% every 8 hours after turning on for half an hour.
Voltage and current indication: 0 to +10V, accuracy is 1% under rated output conditions.

140kv: length 335mm, width 210mm, height 160mm 14.2kg
Connector:
High-voltage output connector: the recessed insulating conduit and the high-voltage cable are connected by a metal connector with a diameter of 16mm.
Input and output connector: DB9, contains control and display signals.
Remote control of output voltage and current:
An external potentiometer can be used to remotely control the output voltage and current using the 10V voltage reference inside the power supply.
Remote voltage indication: JP4 contains 0 to 10V voltage and current indication signals, which can be connected to various digital or pointer meters.
